Arranging a funeral can be financially unnerving. So much is an unknown when you begin the process and every option and choice has a price attached. We are always open and transparent about our fees and the disbursements we take care of on your behalf.
Our standard, traditional Funeral Service charge will always include arrangements, administration, preparation and presentation of the deceased, full use of our Chapel of Rest, provision of bearers and conducting of the funeral, with all necessary attendances.
This carries a cost of £1760.00. In addition, there are a few variable items, each of which have a cost attached. These can differ according to the type of service you require, the coffin chosen etc. We will provide you with a full and accurate price once we have discussed your specific wishes and tailored the service around these.

Simple Funeral Options.
There is also the option for a simple funeral in accordance with the SAIF code of practice and Office of Fair Trading
A lower cost funeral option with a plain wood-effect coffin suitable for burial or cremation, removal from within twenty five miles, provision of a hearse directly to a local cemetery or crematorium, bearers and conduct of the funeral.
This does not include Chapel of Rest visits, preparation of Service Sheets, submission of newspaper notices or administration of donations.
Payment is required in advance and the cost is £1925.00 plus disbursements.
Unattended / Direct Cremation
We also offer a direct cremation.This service includes collection of the deceased within a 25 miles radius, making all necessary arrangements, provision of a simple coffin, preparation and transportation of the deceased in our dedicated vehicle to the crematorium and help and guidance with all necessary paperwork and forms. This is a non attended cremation and does not include use of the crematorium chapel or Chapel of Rest visits.
Payment is required in advance and the cost is £1293.00 plus disbursements.
