I wanted to thank you for arranging such a beautiful send-off for my mother. My family and I appreciated it very much.

Tailored funerals built around your wishes
Respectful care at every stage
Support whenever you need it
Whether a church burial, cemetery or a natural burial ground, we will handle all the arrangements, including booking, coordinating, and managing the necessary paperwork. We also take care of payment of fees on your behalf.
We will help in handling all the necessary legal paperwork for cremation, assist you in choosing your preferred crematorium and arrange additional services such as memorials and the scattering or burial of ashes. Additionally, we offer various keepsake options after cremation, with brochures and display items available for you to explore at our premises.
We can provide a direct (unattended) cremation service, and your loved one will remain close to home, at our premises in Moreton-in-Marsh, whilst arrangements are made. We will meet with you face to face to discuss details and arrangements, and can dress your loved one in their own clothes, if wished. We use local crematoriums, and you will be made aware of when and where their cremation will take place.
Our serene chapel provides a peaceful space to spend time with your loved one. It can also be adapted for a small gathering, seating up to 15 mourners, for family and friends to say their final goodbyes with a very personal and intimate farewell.
We will guide you through the process of obtaining death certificates, provide details on where and when to register the death and assist you with the required paperwork. We understand that this may be unfamiliar, and we're here to support you every step of the way.
We can arrange funerals across the country, so we can assist you, no matter where the service takes place. A death away from home can add extra stress, but we can arrange for collection of your loved one into our Chapel of Rest from anywhere in the UK. We can also arrange repatriation services from abroad with a minimum of fuss, and guidance and support at every stage.
We can provide a team of Pallbearers, or if preferred, family members are welcome to serve as Pallbearers for all or part of the service.
We have a classic black XJ6 Hearse, with matching Limousine, which seats up to 7 passengers, as well as the driver. We can also provide many alternative vehicles, such as a Landrover Hearse, Motorcycle with Sidecar Hearse, Horse Drawn Carriage, or even a Tractor with trailer to carry your loved one's coffin. Any options can be discussed, as wished.
Our monumental masonry service offers various headstones and tablets in various styles, along with cleaning and refurbishment services. Brochures and price lists are available upon request.
We collaborate with local florists who provide a full floristry service and deliver directly to us. You can contact them directly to discuss your needs, or we can handle this on your behalf.
If you wish to place a funeral notice in a local or national newspaper, we can assist with the wording and handle the placement of the notice on your behalf.
If you'd like a printed service sheet, either to guide the congregation or as a keepsake, we can produce as many copies as you need. We will provide proof of the layout for your approval before printing. Service sheets can also be printed in full colour, with photographs or images if preferred.
We can recommend local caterers or venues that may be suitable for providing refreshments after the funeral.
We offer a fully independent, bespoke service if you're considering planning ahead. Call us for a no-obligation chat to discuss your options. Allen & Son Limited is an appointed representative of Golden Charter Limited trading as Golden Charter Funeral Plans which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN:965279).

We just wanted to thank you very much for your wonderful help and support through these past four weeks or so. It has been a great comfort to have someone we could call on day or night when we suddenly found ourselves entering a whole new world not just of sadness and loss, but also of formalities, officialdom, documentation and, eventually the arrangement and participation in a Cremation Service, an interment and a Service of Remembrance.
You were even able to supply us with the name of a caterer for the after service tea, which went really well.

Thank you for your hard work, professionalism and kindness with my father’s funeral yesterday. The order of service and your help in putting that together was perfect. Everything went well and we were so grateful to have you looking after us at the crematorium.
Our family friends and colleagues were very complementary of you, Wendy and the Crematorium and the flowers. Everything was done so smoothly and with such ease. Thank you - we are immensely grateful for making a difficult emotional day so straight forward for us all.
