Arranging a funeral can be a financial concern, especially with the many unknowns and costs associated with each decision. We are committed to being transparent and open about our fees and the disbursements we handle on your behalf. Our standard, traditional Funeral Service charge includes all arrangements, administration, preparation, and presentation of the deceased, full use of our Chapel of Rest, provision of bearers, and conducting the funeral with all necessary attendances.
This service costs £1,820.00. Variable items such as coffin selection or specific service requirements also have costs. Once we discuss your preferences, we will provide you with a detailed and accurate price for the tailored service you request.
We also offer a simple funeral option that complies with the SAIF code of practice and the Office of Fair Trading. This lower cost funeral package includes a plain wood-effect coffin suitable for burial or cremation, collection of your loved one into our care within 25 miles, provision of a hearse to a local cemetery or crematorium, 4 pallbearers, and the conduct of the funeral.
Please note this package does not include Chapel of Rest visits, preparation of service sheets, newspaper notices, or administration of donations.
The cost is £1,995.00 plus disbursements; payment is required in advance.
We also offer a direct cremation service, which includes collection of your loved one into our care within a 25-mile radius, all necessary arrangements, provision of a basic coffin, and transportation to the crematorium in our dedicated vehicle. We also support and assist you with all necessary paperwork and forms.
This is a non-attended cremation, pure and simple, and does not include the use of the crematorium chapel or Chapel of Rest visits.
The cost is £1,795.00 fully inclusive of 3rd party fees; Payment is required in advance.

We just wanted to thank you very much for your wonderful help and support through these past four weeks or so. It has been a great comfort to have someone we could call on day or night when we suddenly found ourselves entering a whole new world not just of sadness and loss, but also of formalities, officialdom, documentation and, eventually the arrangement and participation in a Cremation Service, an interment and a Service of Remembrance.
You were even able to supply us with the name of a caterer for the after service tea, which went really well.
