We just wanted to thank you very much for your wonderful help and support through these past four weeks or so. It has been a great comfort to have someone we could call on day or night when we suddenly found ourselves entering a whole new world not just of sadness and loss, but also of formalities, officialdom, documentation and, eventually the arrangement and participation in a Cremation Service, an interment and a Service of Remembrance.
You were even able to supply us with the name of a caterer for the after service tea, which went really well.

I highly recommend Allen & Sons. James and Di run a professional, independent but also extremely caring company, paying special attention to all the finer details. When my dad past away last year James & Di were the perfect pair in providing us with the compassionate care that we needed, you showed us endless amounts of empathy and compassion. James cared for my dad in the most dignified manner, he offered me & my mum genuine words of comfort. The support was endless, Di was in regular touch with us and along side Wendy my dad was given a funeral that was just perfect for him.
The support didn't end there, we are still in contact with them and there support is just endless and nothing is to much for them.
We will be forever grateful.

Diane and James were absolutely wonderful at what was a very difficult time for us. The support they provided was sensitive and compassionate and delivered in a kind and caring manner while remaining professional and dignified. Everything was communicated and explained clearly and there was no pressure to make any decisions until we were ready to do so.
