Diane and James were absolutely wonderful at what was a very difficult time for us. The support they provided was sensitive and compassionate and delivered in a kind and caring manner while remaining professional and dignified. Everything was communicated and explained clearly and there was no pressure to make any decisions until we were ready to do so. When my dad past away last year James & Di were the perfect pair in providing us with the compassionate care that we needed, you showed us endless amounts of empathy and compassion. James cared for my dad in the most dignified manner, he offered me & my mum genuine words of comfort. The support was endless, Di was in regular touch with us and along side Wendy my dad was given a funeral that was just perfect for him.
